What do you want to do?
Pick one. You can always come back and try another.
Play with a font
Make it thin or bold, lean it, stretch it, change the spacing.
Make a font from my handwriting
Write the letters on paper, take a photo, and turn them into a font.
Draw or import my own
Draw with the pen tool, or bring in SVG artwork from Illustrator or other vector apps.
ThaanaFont is in beta. Things may break. Your work is saved in this browser only, so save a project file now and then.
How it works

Questions
Is it free?
Yes, while ThaanaFont is in beta. Downloads will cost something later. We will tell you before that starts.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Sign up with your email to use the tools. It takes under a minute.
Where are my letters saved?
In your browser, on this device. Clearing your browser data deletes them. Save a project file now and then, and open it on any device to carry on.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Photos are read inside your browser. When you download, only the letter shapes are sent to our server to build the font file.
Can I use my font for work or sell it?
Fonts made from your own handwriting or drawings are yours to use as you like.
